Fornovo di Taro (PR), April 2, 2020 - BEAMIT announces a collaboration with Dan Johns for strategy growth in Aerospace, Space and Defence market.
BEAMIT Spa and Sandvik Additive Manufacturing are pleased to announce that Dan Johns has joined the Senior Leadership team of BEAMIT, a leading Additive Manufacturing service provider. Dan’s new position as CTO and Head of Business Development of BEAMIT will further strengthen and accelerate the company’s growth strategy, especially in key markets like Aerospace, Space and Defence.
Dan Johns has 20 years’ experience from executive leadership positions and brings extensive knowledge from industrialising the Additive Manufacturing value chain. He has held senior positions within companies like Airbus, GKN Aerospace – and most recently within Oerlikon AM GmbH, where he has built and led teams, partnerships and operations to deliver AM competence in the highest technical quality environments.
In his new role Dan will also lead strategic customer partnerships, and drive new footprint initiatives in the US and EU regions, to be even closer to our customers and partners in our key markets.
